Life is about to Change!
I know I am kinda posting this after the fact and I really am terrible at this! You should read my journals lol
So when Charles was 9mo old we found out we were going to have another baby! Scary, but we knew we wanted our kids close so we were ok with it. I go in and have my first OB appointment. Yay, congratulations you are pregnant see you back in a month. One Month later.. Yay congrats you are pregnant with TWINS!!! Holy crap!!! What are we getting into!!! That was a crazy ride. We found out that we were going to have two girls!!Pregnancy was not nice this time around. I was sick just brushing my teeth, found out at 20 wks that I had Cholestatsis again and had to go see a specialist, it was just different and well there was two and so it was way more uncomfortable. I was so greatful though that I had my sweet Charles to keep me company and he is such a good baby!
March 29th 2012 (35 wks)was a day let me tell you. You know those days where something just feels off and you can't quite put your finger on it well that was that day. I hadn't felt well all day was having some awesome BH contractions but not too many. I had a church event that night, the Releif Society Birthday Dinner and my sister in-law was singing so I was going. I went and we had a nice dinner where several ladies said I looked like I wasn't feeling well lol I know but such is life at this stage! It was a nice evening but as the night went on I grew more uncomfortable. So I went home to play with my baby boy before he had to go to bed. It was a perfect ending to the night, we tossed a ball around and made Charles giggle so much. So it's time for bed and my husband and I settle in and about 2 hrs into the night I start having cramps and contractions and I am constantly having to get up to go to the bathroom... It gets to the point that now I am timing contractions. I wake Matt up and say honey It's Time!! I'm two min apart, we call my brother and sister in law and say it's time we will be there with Charles in 10 min. I did feel bad cause it was 3 am but he headed to the hospital and had contractions all the way there until we pulled into the parking lot!! Oh well, I go in to the birthing center and tell them what's going on, they get me all settled into the triage room and call the doctor on call. Yes!!! It's my doctor!! He's on his way here now and will check you out. 4cm yay I'm staying! Baby B is breached so I was then prepped for a C-section.
7:10 am Baby A is born 5lbs 8oz
7:12 am Baby B is born 5lbs 2oz
Baby B needed to be on oxygen while I went to recovery. It seemed like hours that I was in recovery and it was. I just wanted to hold my babies!!! Come on body wake up... Start feeling so you can go hold your beautiful girls!! I don't even remember how long it was but finally I got to hold my girls. Baby A we named Paige Olivia and Baby B we named Evalyn Belle and they were so tiny and beautiful!

life with a baby...
Oh how life has changed...
No sleep, no sleep and no sleep....
Ok so you think I would be use to the whole no sleep thing but Charles Ansen is now 3 months old and is still not sleeping though the night. He is so much fun though. He is starting to try to roll over and is talking up a storm with his baby babble :)
I love being a mom and spending my dads with him just playing and taking him places.
all you want is the best for your babies and I hope i can give that to him. The hardest part is trying to stay calm when he is just crying and I don't know what is wrong.
He is such a blessing though, i am so glad that Charles is in our life and we are having so much fun being parents.
We love you chuck-a-matastic, Chuckles, Chuck, Charlie, Charles!!
No sleep, no sleep and no sleep....

Our little baby boy!
after a long pregnancy which never seemed to end we had our baby boy on November 20th at 12:16 am.
Here is how it happened....
That Tuesday I wanted to be done so I went for a walk, a long walk it was 2 miles, bad idea I thought that it would get the ball rolling but all it did was make it so I couldn't walk. So I called the doctor he said that it was normal and that I should wait till my doctors appointment which was on Thursday. I couldn't take it so I went in on Wed. to be checked out and well I was dilated to 3cm but no contractions so I was sent home. next day, doctors appointment. Still dilated but still no contractions, so he asked me when I wanted to have the baby and i said, "Today" he said well I am on call this weekend how about Friday (tomorrow) great, I was scheduled to go in and be induced.
Next morning:
7am, call hospital and make sure they had room for me. Done! there was room
8am, checked in to Hospital.
8:30am Pitocin and anti biotics
8:30am till 2:00 pm contractions and rest...This is not too bad.
2:00pm Break water....1 hour later I cannot take it any more...EPIDURAL!!
3:00 till like 8 I think rest, EPIDURAL NICE!
8:00pm 10cm TIME TO PUSH
3 1/2 hours of pushing and still no baby. I was done at this point, could not feel my legs or if I was even pushing. Doc comes back in and says that I need to consider my options....C-Section it is.
WORST PART OF IT ALL:
here take some meds to reduce the acid in you stomach, Barfed all over myself ( I don't do liquid meds) OR here I come.
Oh man I can feel that......Morphine...I can still feel it....here are some more meds.
12:16am baby out! wait i don't hear him?? Is he ok? I want to see my baby!!!
Matt brings baby over oh man he is beautiful!!!
8lbs 1oz and 20.5 in long he has super blond hair and well blue eyes, oh man and we found out shortly after two beautiful dimples.

Baby on the Way!
So we found out in march that we were going to have our first cild, That's always exciting! So for the most part the pregnancy has been great. I was only sick for a week and there are only a few foods he will not let me eat....Tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato sause, spaghetti o's...but that's ok some day I will have Pizza and pasta and enjoy it again :) In August we found out that we are having a little BOY! we have been very blessed because we wanted a boy first. I can't complain too much about the pregnancy because I know some mothers out there have it bad, However this last month has been a struggle. My doctor retired and I have to see someone new and then I found out from him that I have Cholestasis:
which is Pregnancy hormones that affect gallbladder function, resulting in slowing or stopping the flow of bile. The gallbladder holds bile that is produced in the liver, which is necessary in the breakdown of fats in digestion. When the bile flow is stopped or slowed down, this causes a build up of bile acids in the liver which can spill into the bloodstream. So I have to be on medication and be watched very closely to make sure that the baby is fine and that it doesn't turn into Toxemia. So that has been fun because it makes you itch so bad!!
I just cannot wait till the little guy arrives and I can hold him and kiss him and actually start the fun Journey of motherhood.

Our Life
I am kinda new at this whole blogging thing but I wanted to give it a try. This is a story about Matt and Stacy...
Matt is the second to the oldest of 6 kids. Two beautiful sisters and three brothers (the girls are well protected). His parents have been married for 27 years and raised their kids with a foundation of hard work, laughter, and love. Stacy is the youngest of four. One brother and two sisters. Her parents have been married for 35 years and raised their kids with "corporal punishment(inside joke)," spirituality, and love.

We met our Junior year of High School. Our first date was May 1, 2004, our Junior Prom and then after that he just found every excuse to come see me and we have been together ever since (almost) he did leave for his mission to the Utah Provo Mission and was gone for two years. He moved to Utah after his mission and then I moved there shortly after that. We got engaged on September 13th 2008 and were Married November 1st 2008. Now, almost two years later, we have a one year old dog named Tabius and we are expecting our first addition to the family, our little boy. His due date is Nov 26, 2010, the day after Thanksgiving(also-know-as "black friday").
